You must currently have, or be prepared to set up a legitimate business entity.

These days, website developers and marketing agencies can cost far more than the typical small business or single person operation can afford.

We offer all levels of service through various partners. We'd like to work with students to offer a solution for this specific market.

Of course, there is no reason that these same webmasters cannot manage more sophisticated - and costly - projects, but we need to help this low end of marketing budgets.
